I don’t chase anyone anymore. Wanna walkout of my life, there’s the door. Hell, I’ll even hold it for you.
When someone no longer wants to be in your life, it is painful. We always seem to wonder what we have done wrong: What is wrong with us? We never seem to ponder, however, why we still want them in our lives. Why do we want to be with a person who has no interest in us? We, as human beings, deserve to have relationships with individuals who like us for who we are. That includes family, friends, significant others and colleagues. That is one key to happiness: People who enjoy our company and want to be a part of our lives. We are given little time in this life, and wasting it on someone who don’t wish to share it with us is pointless.
